The interview process consisted of 3 rounds: two technical interviews and one HR interview. A noteworthy aspect of their process is that they might call you earlier than scheduled and then make you wait, seemingly to assess your patience. The selection process had three rounds. First, a technical adaptive test with 40 questions in 40 minutes, covering the entire communication syllabus and recent developments. It was a tough test. Around 57 out of 78 applicants were selected. Second, a group discussion where we were split into groups of 8-10 students. Each group had 10 minutes to speak on a given topic. 16 students were selected after this. Third, a personal interview with very basic questions, and also questions on newer technologies in use.
