so the hiring process began with like an on-campus screening round where we had to do this assessment on the company's app virtually. It was like a mix of aptitude, coding, or domain stuff depending on the role, you know? After that, if you passed, they shortlisted you for more rounds, which were these virtual interviews to check your tech skills, how you solve problems, and if you'd fit in.

Technical Behavioral

The hiring process was incredibly immature and unprofessional. My advice to management is to please value candidates' time and at least have the courtesy to reply or answer calls after they've cleared all technical rounds and are awaiting an offer due to fake promises. My advice to job seekers is to not waste your time with this organization. The HR team here seems to exist only to waste your time. One day they're discussing your start date, and the next, they just stop taking your calls. Your technical skills or if you've cleared all rounds won't matter. Their HR team has internal politics that negatively affect candidates.
