This was primarily through a recruitment agency. They submitted my name for the position then a day or two later was told they were interviewing the next day. I'm not a super big fan of shirt notices as I already had an interview scheduled and really don't like to miss work for two in a day. Then the interview was a video interview and it started off with a description about the job but there was a lot of repetition in the description that made me think either they just want to talk or they are trying to sell me on the position. And then introductions went around for the four people in the interview and then myself. Then a question was asked of what do you know about the company and I replied with what I knew and some more questions. Then I asked some of my questions and they went into more after. I thought it was an alright back and forth of questions. But then they didn't offer and gave feedback of I didn't have enough confidence. But after thinking about it more, it seems they actually didn't display confidence well with the first description and seeming like it was a sales pitch for the job. So I think they were putting their lack of confidence on to me. I also didn't have a ton of time to prepare because they wanted it the next day. They also had two positions open but wasn't sure which team I would be on.

I had a phone interview first, then an in-person one. The phone interview was pretty basic. The in-person interview was super uncomfortable, like I was talking to a wall with two guys who clearly didn't want to be there. I never heard back.

I applied on their website and got a call for an interview within a week. The first round went well and I advanced to a second interview. They said I'd hear back in a week, but a month later, I still haven't heard anything. It would be nice to get a rejection letter for closure.
