3 round interview process, with rounds lasting 1 hr, 2 hr, and a 1 hr final round. It was a constant stream of questions, including situational ones and some personal adjacent questions. They asked for examples of situations and how they were handled. This was the most intense interview I've ever experienced. The entire process took three weeks. At the end, I received a call with an urgent callback request. When I called back, they informed me I didn't get the job. Such a waste of my time!

It was casual. Now that I am here, I realize that they hire very different personalities - so be yourself. I met the Branch manager for lunch with the lead sales person. I was then brought in to see the office and meet with the VP and future teammates.

Expect 4 or 5 levels of interviews, from HR to your potential boss’s boss. They definitely take a lot of opinions into account before making the decision. Overall it was a good experience, just quite long considering all the meetings.
