3 round interview process, with rounds lasting 1 hr, 2 hr, and a 1 hr final round. It was a constant stream of questions, including situational ones and some personal adjacent questions. They asked for examples of situations and how they were handled. This was the most intense interview I've ever experienced. The entire process took three weeks. At the end, I received a call with an urgent callback request. When I called back, they informed me I didn't get the job. Such a waste of my time!

I applied for a position, and the screener called me, she was fine. The recruiter called the next day, he was also fine, except he and the account manager clearly were not on the same page. I was told how much I fit the position, and how I was exactly what they were looking for. I was excited, so an interview with the account manager was set up. The AM clearly had already decided before the interview she wanted someone else. Fine, so why are we on this call? The interview was 3 minutes long. In those three minutes, the AM would ask a question, then interrupt the answer. Somehow, also in that 3 minutes of interruptions, she decided she knew more about my strengths and weaknesses than I did. By the time those three minutes were over, I felt humiliated and belittled. I can assure you, at no place where I ever have a say in it, will we use Zycron for any staffing needs.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Doesn't matter, she didn't listen to the answers. She kept interrupting, telling me what she thought my answer would be, based (apparently) on what she thought she read on my resume.

Edward Allen from Zycron, BGSF introduced the opportunity to me. And his efforts in coordinating the entire interview process with the client were truly exceptional. The process was so smooth and effective with him and Alexis, I am delighted and grateful to have received the job offer in such a short time, which would not have been possible without their tireless efforts and attention to detail. The support and encouragement throughout the process were invaluable, and I am deeply appreciative of their efforts.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone interview, then a video interview. After that, they asked for references and to check my identity documents. A few days later, I got a conditional offer for a temporary position. I was told I'd start within a few weeks after completing a one-day online training. They also assigned me a location, which happened to be about an hour away from me. Overall, it was an easy process. I start on Tuesday!
