Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BGRS.
Consultant
It was a pretty short interview process, just a few rounds. I talked to both a recruiter and a manager. The interviews were virtual and not too difficult or unexpected. It wasn't a long hiring process.
- Can you walk me through your background and professional experience?
Consultant
Had a phone call with HR first. Then I had 2 rounds of in-person interviews with different managers. The first interview had 2 managers, and then I had a second and third interview with 2 more managers. They were all recruiting for the same role but different teams, and it looks like I was passed along.
- Can you elaborate on your experience with relocating?
Consultant
The interview was easy and the questions were fun, which made the workplace seem unique and laid back. The interviewers were humorous. I liked the environment and the way the interviewers approached their jobs, it wasn't bad!
- Tell me about a time you had to depend on your team.
