Round 1 was an interview with HR, it was very straightforward. Round 2 was an interview with department directors and was mostly a screening. The final response took them 4 months to send a message stating that my application was unsuccessful.

I applied on their website and got a phone interview within a week. Unfortunately, I was rejected because I didn't have 'Canadian Experience'. Even though I was interested in the role, I agreed to answer their questions, but I really regret it. The company is called 'Global Solutions', but they don't seem very global in their thinking.
