First, there was an AI bot asking about my experience and background. Then, I had an in-person interview with the manager and director where we mostly talked about behavioral stuff and prioritizing tasks. There was also a quick excel test with a bank rec and some basic excel functions.

I had two friendly interviewers. They asked me about 4 to 6 behavioral questions. It wasn't too technical, more like a conversation. They shared their own experiences and I asked them questions at the end.

The interview was really engaging. They spent time understanding my technical skills and also my goals, aspirations, and how I plan to achieve them. They really wanted to see how I'd fit with the team and how we could work together towards common goals.
