Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BGIS.
Designer
We started with a quick chat with HR, and then I had a Teams video call that lasted about an hour. It was with two managers from the team and they asked me some questions about the job, my skills, and my past work.
- Can you tell me about your skills?
- What's your proficiency with design programs?
- Could you describe your previous work experience?
Interior Designer
It was a good and smooth experience. I spoke with a few supervisors. I mostly shared my work experience and problem-solving details. The interview was about 30 minutes long.
- What would you do if you encountered challenges?
Interior Designer
It began with a call interview. A few weeks later, I had a zoom interview with some project managers. The interview lasted about an hour, where they talked about the company, what they do, and what my role might involve.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell us about your experience?
- What knowledge do you have of related programs?
