Overall it was a good experience. I talked with the manager of the department. They asked me about my experiences with relevant material and DEI situations. They also went into detail about the company culture and how I would fit into it.

I had an on-campus interview after chatting with recruiters at the career fair. The recruiters and first interviewers were junior engineers from the company. Then, I had two phone interviews, each with an engineer or manager and an HR person. Finally, the manager of the specific department I was interviewing for asked me questions related to the intern responsibilities.

Interview in PA first, then a phone interview later. Exelon, the parent company, did the first interview, and then BGE did the second. Both interviews were with easy-to-get-along-with people and very candid.
