I interviewed recently for a Microsoft contract position. It was an online interview using Teams, about an hour long. The interviewer was from onsite. It was a very poor interview because nowadays interviewers only ask questions from Google.

The virtual interview was super smooth and quick, with questions that were really clear and matched what the job is about. The person interviewing me was nice and made it easy to talk about my background and ideas. They explained what they're looking for in the role and gave a good rundown of how things work at the company. We also talked about how my skills could fit with the team, which made it interesting.
