The process wasn't great, they downplay people. The manager really tried to keep the pay low. Some panel members were unprofessional. It was an all-day event including a building tour, technical rounds, a manager round, lunch, and then an HR round led by one of the managers.

I applied on their website and heard back almost a month later. They sent a questionnaire with some basic QA questions like defining integration testing and about my Linux experience. After I submitted that, it took about two months to get an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was an hour long and had two interviewers, one a senior tester and another person. The senior tester was really great, easy to talk to and encouraging. They asked how I'd test different scenarios, how to develop test cases, and basic SQL and Linux commands (creating tables, updating, cd, ls, top, ssh). About a week after that, I had an onsite interview that lasted 4 hours. It was structured with four 1-hour interviews with different people, a lunch 'social interview', and then a short meeting with a director. Some interviewers were very knowledgeable, so it's best to be honest if you don't know something. They were professional and nice, and would often help guide me if I was stuck. They asked about testing web apps, databases, and other things.

I got an email from HR initially with the job details and a questionnaire about my skills and experience in testing process, tools etc. Then I got to round 2, which was a phone interview with 2 test leads for about an hour. The interviewers were good. I got an email the next day from the recruiter saying they are moving forward with other candidates. Really disappointing.
