Great people, great environment. I don't have anything bad to say. Everyone was very friendly and welcome me. I was very excited to receive an offer. This was one of the best places I have ever interviewed at.

I had a phone interview with HR and then a group phone interview with some employees. After that, I flew out for in-person interviews with most of the team. The interviews were pretty straightforward, and it wasn't super clear what they were looking for. I ended up declining the offer because of three main things: they changed the offer details like salary, title, and benefits last minute, which was different from what we discussed. Also, they had a really strict non-compete agreement that they didn't mention until the offer, which felt like it could hurt my career. Lastly, the executive leadership seems a bit unstable, as the online reviews suggest, with no clear direction or vision, which I gathered from talking to people there and meeting the President.

The HR team member set up a call for the next day but then no-showed. I gave them a second chance. The onsite interview was easy but up-tight and corporate. The interview asked nothing substantial to the actual job I would be doing. They seem extremely corporate and political and the culture / environment sounds like it would be a terrible place to work.
