I had an online assessment first. After that, there was a phone screening and then 4 rounds of onsite interviews. The phone screening covered React and JS topics. The onsite interviews were mostly about coding skills in React and CSS.

The first interview was with a couple of guys where we talked about general programming terms and languages. They also asked typical questions about my resume and work history. It was a good experience, and the interview went well. The second interview was split into two parts. The first part was an hour-long 'design interview' that didn't seem to involve design at all. They weren't prepared, which seemed to be last-minute for them, but it reflects on the company. It included some small CSS changes, toy problems, and general questions. The second part involved whiteboarding in React, using a Pokemon api, and building a simple counter application. It was the worst interview I've had. Both interviewers came across as if I was wasting their time and were very ego-driven. They made me feel terrible. Another issue was that the interview wasn't what I was told to prepare for when I asked about how to prepare and what technologies to review.

After an internal referral, a recruiter reached out and we set up an interview for the next week. I interviewed with 4 team members, ranging from developers to management. It was pretty unstructured, mostly discussing my past projects, my current job, my interests, and my views on different methodologies and community projects. It felt like a casual chat about web development. They looked at some of my past work technically, and one developer even went through my published code. I got to ask my questions about the team and the job, and then I got an offer about 3 hours later.
