First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Beyond, Inc..
Customer Service Representative
It was okay and quick, straight to the point about the job and fast questions. The interview wasn’t really positive just more neutral I didn’t want to take the job base on the neutral interview and wasn’t really a vibe I liked
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Customer Service Representative
The whole thing took about two weeks. Not many phone interviews, but I did get to talk in person with HR and some customer service managers. The first meeting was pretty relaxed and friendly. She talked about the company culture and asked me some questions about my personality. The second interview was with a customer service manager. We did a little bit of role-playing, like 'show me how you'd handle this situation.' They let me know when a new training class was starting and how the hiring process would work.
- How would you deal with a customer who is unhappy?
Customer Service Representative
This was all done virtually. They let you answer interview questions and record them using your webcam or by typing. The application process was very accommodating. You could practice recording your video responses as many times as you wanted. There was plenty of time to record your video responses for pretty much all the questions until you felt good about submitting them.
- Considering my background and experience, how am I a strong candidate for this position? Please record your response.
