The interview process had three stages. First, there was an initial call with a recruiter. Then, a second interview with a senior manager. Finally, a third interview with both a senior manager and a high-priority senior manager, which was for the HP department I ended up in. The first two interviews were over the phone, and the last one was on Zoom. It wasn't overly difficult, but the third interview was longer and involved more questions about how I would manage customer interactions and conversations.

It was a quick and easy interview process. I had two phone calls and then a virtual meet. We talked about my customer service experience and I shared insights on different situations, like how I'd handle them, what I'd do if a customer was upset, and if I was comfortable explaining processes.

So the interview process started with a phone call where they asked me about my past jobs, what I knew about beyond finance, and a tough time I had at work. Then, since I'm bilingual, a lead csr agent called the next day to check my second language skills. The next interview was super short and they asked things like what 3 words describe me, why empathy matters in customer service, what I know about beyond finance, a difficult work situation, and what I'd do if I didn't know an answer when a client needed help.
