I applied online and got invited to a group interview with Marissa, Jaima, and Jaimeson. I had mixed feelings about the group interview; on one hand, it was a unique experience, but on the other hand, it felt like everyone was competing to stand out and impress upper management. We often had similar viewpoints, which made it harder to generate unique answers or ideas. Despite the challenges, it was a great experience overall.

I applied online, and they called me back the very next day. I then had an interview the following week and was offered the job shortly thereafter. It was a pretty easy process overall, and I genuinely enjoyed chatting with the people who interviewed me. The in-person part of the interview also included a meeting with the whole team, which was super helpful for making my decision. Seeing who I'd be working with made me really enthusiastic about the team. I suspect I was on a condensed interview timeline because they needed to hire someone fast.

Behavioral Technical

I had two interviews. The first interview was with 3 people and the second one with 5 people. Make sure to make eye contact with each person and be as personable as you can as they are trying to figure out if you would be a good fit for the company personality wise but also whether you'd be a good fit for their team and the role they are filling.
