The interview process was pretty enjoyable and fun, but I got a bit of a staged feeling. Then I saw the reviews about unprofessionalism and this company not being the safest for BIPOC employees. When I brought up these concerns to the two people I interviewed with, I was professional. I asked for their perspective and how they might be addressing these criticisms. Then I WAS GHOSTED and neither of them ever contacted me again. After several interviews and weeks of building rapport. Definitely avoid this company. Especially if you're not white. They are unprofessional and are trying to conceal a lot!

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with Betts in November. There were 3 Zoom calls with the hiring manager and 2 account managers. They were thorough, transparent, and friendly. The final stage involved a presentation where I had to do mock sourcing and pitches. It was easy, but a lot of work for potentially not getting the job. I presented to 3 managers and then had a Q and A. The interview process was really great and they were all very professional. My only complaint was that they didn’t call or email me to say they were moving forward with another candidate; they texted me. It didn’t seem professional or enough for how much work I put in. But I still recommend people for them.

I had two phone interviews that were about 15-30 minutes each. Then I had an in-person interview where I met with 2 people for about 15-20 minutes each. They told me that I would get the next steps from their HR person but I never heard back. I emailed her a few days later asking and she didn't respond for another week plus that they went elsewhere. This whole thing ended up taking close to a month since I never heard back which was weird since both people I interviewed with told me that I would be getting next steps.
