GTM Recruiter
The interview process was a really great experience. I chatted with the head of talent first, and she was super helpful the whole way through. She made time to help me prep for the next couple of interviews, which made me feel really at ease. Everyone I spoke with gave me plenty of time for my questions and made it clear they were interested in getting to know me beyond just what's on my resume. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. The final round involved a presentation, and the interviewers gave some awesome feedback and really taught me a lot about the role and the industry.

Recruiter
The interview process was pretty enjoyable and fun, but I got a bit of a staged feeling. Then I saw the reviews about unprofessionalism and this company not being the safest for BIPOC employees. When I brought up these concerns to the two people I interviewed with, I was professional. I asked for their perspective and how they might be addressing these criticisms. Then I WAS GHOSTED and neither of them ever contacted me again. After several interviews and weeks of building rapport. Definitely avoid this company. Especially if you're not white. They are unprofessional and are trying to conceal a lot!
- What makes you want to be a recruiter?
Sales Recruiter
This was one of the fastest interview processes I've been through. The Director in Chicago was really keen on hiring me after our initial in-person meeting and kept things moving quickly to maintain my enthusiasm. I met with the Director in Chicago, did a presentation for the VPs in SF and Chicago, and my final conversation was with the founder and CEO! I felt really valued throughout the process.

Marketing
This was a really unprofessional recruitment experience. I was contacted about a job and they made me come in to meet the recruiter in person. The recruiter didn't know the difference between product marketing and demand gen, and the whole thing could have been a phone call. She seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. It feels like the company culture is a mess if this is how they treat people. They have really bad follow-through; when I respond, they never get back to me.
- Can you tell me what you are seeking in your next position?
