Sales Manager
The interview process was pretty smooth, going through a few rounds starting with the recruiter, then the head of internal sales, and finally the hiring manager. The entire thing took about three weeks. I was able to ask a lot of questions about the company's current situation and its future.
- Can you describe an instance where you had to manage a difficult employee through onboarding and project completion?
Sales Manager
The interview process had multiple rounds, and it all wrapped up with a panel interview. There were lots of situational and behavioral scenarios to navigate. You should definitely do your studying before jumping in. It's a great position with a great team, and I'd highly recommend working here.
- Tell me about a time you failed and what you learned from it.
Sales Manager
The interview process went by pretty fast, and I ended up talking to 3 different people in total. I wouldn't really recommend this company though because the culture seems bad overall, and the customers can be pretty rough verbally.
- Tell me about the typical questions that were asked.
- How long did the overall process take?
