The whole interview process took about two months. I applied on LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter a few days later to schedule a phone call. I set it up for the next week, but they totally ghosted me. It was pretty annoying, especially since I followed up via email, but instead of an apology or reschedule, they just sent another scheduling link. I eventually talked to the recruiter who asked basic stuff like why I was interested in the company, why 'better', and typical customer service questions. Then, they sent me an assessment and a mock voicemail task to complete within 1-2 days. After sending those back, crickets. I had to reach out again for an update, and then heard nothing for a few weeks (honestly, the recruiter communication was awful, zero updates). Then I got a rejection email via greenhouse. BUT, two weeks later, the recruiter circled back, said more jobs opened up, and set me up for an hour-and-a-half interview with the regional closing manager, the closing manager, and HR. The managers really wanted to get to know me as a person and asked a lot of behavioral questions, so definitely be ready for that. It wasn't too hard, just needed to have behavioral stories ready. I got the offer the next day. Even though the recruiter was bad, it was worth sticking with it because the managers and HR are so passionate about the company and the culture is amazing, benefits are awesome, and the CEO is incredible. It's a startup, so expect constant change, and they'll make sure you know you need to be adaptable.

Behavioral Technical Other

First, I got a recruiter call. Then, I had to do a take-home test. This included a mock voicemail, two situational questions, and a 50-question assessment. If you pass that, they schedule a 1 hour 30 minute Zoom call. This call is split into 3 parts with 3 different interviewers: a recruiter, Team Lead, and Regional Manager. They all asked similar situational questions and got to know you. Just be ready for "tell me about a time when" questions.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a phone interview where HR explained the role and company. If I passed that, I had a mock work assignment and an IQ test. Then, there were 3 rounds of interviews with HR and managers. They kept asking the same questions in every round. It seems like they prefer hiring recent graduates with no prior industry experience, looking for people who are trainable rather than those with existing backgrounds. I was informed about the rejection shortly after.
