So, this interview was pretty unprofessional. There were like 5 interviewers, and they didn't seem super engaged with asking questions, just let the interview run for about 1.5 hours. The weirdest part was they kept asking the exact same questions over and over, and honestly, they seemed sleepy.

They will reject everyone in the aptitude test. Even if you are amazing at what you do, they will reject you and prefer their own references. If they want to hire their own references, then what's the point in contacting others to apply? They have a biased nature when it comes to recruitment.
