Sales Consultant
When you get to their office, you first fill out a form. About 10 minutes later, the interviewer called me in. I was nervous, but the questions weren't too hard. He looked through my resume copy and asked questions related to it. There are supposed to be three rounds of interviews!!! The second round takes about an hour with a trainer. It was very relaxed. He talked about what they do, benefits, etc. Please note!!!!!!! As a Sales Consultant, they only pay for training; after training, there is NO basic salary!!!! Everything depends on your performance. For me, it was too risky, so I declined the job....

Account Manager
After I applied, an HR person reached out and asked me some basic questions and gave me a quick rundown of the job. I liked how professional and kind they seemed, so I went in for an interview the next day. I met with Don, the hiring manager, who asked me questions about my goals and what I wanted in a job. He explained that everyone starts at an entry level and they want people who are eager to grow and move up quickly. Since I was already in an entry-level role, this wasn't a surprise, and I was glad to talk to the owner. I asked about pay and advancement, and he was very open. The first interview was about 10 minutes, and he said they'd call back those they were interested in. I got a call later that day to schedule a second interview. In the second interview, I met with a leader who talked more about the company's direction and gave more details on pay, advancement, and daily tasks. I was really impressed with the people and their training. I got a call later and was offered the job, which I accepted. The whole process was fast and one of my favorites because I learned a lot about a new industry and met some great people.

First up was a phone screening. Then, a quick 15-minute chat covering the company and digging into your background. You'll fill out a one-page profile that the interviewer uses to ask about your past experiences and what you're looking for in a new role and company.

- What is your understanding of BBC?
Marketing
I went to the office and had to wait with three other people applying for the same job. The first interview was in a small office. They asked me general questions about myself and my work history. Then, they gave me a general outline of the position. After that, I immediately went to a second round interview.
