I first chatted with someone from HR. Then, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, who is a director. The last step was supposed to be an in-person visit to their office, but I decided not to go. Everything seemed good until the hiring manager wasn't very clear about the salary.

I had two interviews with different people. I had to read from a script. They asked normal hiring questions like what you liked and disliked about past jobs.

The interview process was horrible. It was unclear what the sales tactics were, and it was energy draining. I'm not sure what value the company is offering businesses, and it doesn't seem like management has any idea either. The company needs to be able to convey its mission to prospective employees if it plans to sell accreditation.
