The interview questions were alright, but I felt terribly embarrassed by the sexist attitude towards the future candidate. The future candidate has been referred to multiple times as a he, his, and him. So I find it an unfair situation and my deeper impression is that I would never like to join this company so I will never apply again regardless of the position.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was pretty straightforward, it felt like they weren't too concerned about my specific knowledge but more about filling the role. I got the sense that they weren't deeply invested in me as a candidate.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty tough 3-stage interview process with several technical tests, behavioral interviews, and a final panel discussion. The company is super strict about Agile, focusing on getting better, working together, and making customers happy by releasing stuff in small cycles. They really believe in Agile values like being flexible, letting teams run themselves, and always getting feedback to make sure projects are all about fast, customer-focused new ideas. The interviewers stressed how important it is to be able to adapt, talk well, and really know Agile stuff, making it clear they want people who can do well in an Agile setting.
