The interview process at Betsson was pretty good and felt professional. It kicked off with a video chat with a recruiter, who wanted to know about my background, skills, and why I wanted the job. After that, there was a technical interview where they asked me some questions, starting from the easy stuff and getting harder, and then I had to do a coding challenge. Then, I had a meeting with the engineering manager for a more serious chat about my tech skills and if I'd fit in with the team. The people interviewing were nice and professional and let me ask questions about the job and the company. The whole thing took about two weeks from applying to getting the final answer, and I had a good experience overall.

It was a bit of a weird process. The HR Recruiters were super nice when they first called me. A few days later, they told me I had a meeting with the technical team, and I nailed that part. Then, they went quiet for two weeks. When I followed up, they said it was because of a public holiday. My final interview felt like it went well. But then, after a month, I got a rejection email.
