The manager was informative about the role, and everyone involved in the interview was justified to identify the right culture fit and understand the individual's overall career. Make sure you can walk through an entire product development process with any new feature improvement case study. The recruiter was mediocre, didn't answer any of my inquiries nor provided guidance on how to prepare. Did not appreciate the lack of professionalism.

The interview process initially went well, with quick progress through the screening and hiring manager interview stages. However, the experience deteriorated afterward. My subsequent interview was rescheduled twice, and on one occasion, the interviewer did not show up without any prior notification. There was no outreach to apologize for this inconvenience. I didn't receive any updates on the next steps for about two to three days, prompting me to email the intended interviewer to re-initiate the process. After finally having the interview, I waited over a week for feedback, with no clear indication of what would happen next. I sent one follow-up and received no response. A week later, after another follow-up, I received an automated email stating that I was not moving forward. Despite the company's high ranking, I cannot recommend them due to the poor treatment received, which I suspect is a common occurrence.
