The interviewer I had an appointment with was not available, so another person spoke with me and explained how they work. They didn't ask any technical questions, only yes/no questions about my experience with various technologies. I was advised to take a whitebox class at Beta Soft systems, and then they would look for a position for me within 3 months.

They interview you for either a business analyst or quality analyst position. I had two phone interviews, then if you are chosen to continue, there's a training session where they want a $1000 security deposit. After the training, they find a placement for you, and you start as a BA or QA in a project-based placement. They want you to sign a 1-year contract.

The whole process is a scam. They require you to pay $500 as security deposit. The phone interviewer was very persuasive. I thought that it was very sketchy because he called me several times to tell me to check my email about the things I should I submit to complete the process.
