Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at bet365.
Customer Service Representative
It was a great and informative interview. They went over all the benefits, what the day-to-day work entails, how the rotating shifts operate, and how paid time off functions. Overall, a very pleasant and professional interview experience.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience that relates to 365?
Customer Service Representative
There were 2 interviews in total. The first one was with a Team Lead and lasted about 20 minutes. The second one was with a Supervisor and lasted about an hour. The process might differ depending on the team and the language you speak.
- What are your motivations for seeking this role?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process is incredibly long and much harder than it needs to be. It starts with a big group of 15 people, which is immediately awkward. Then they say the group will be split between two managers for quick one-on-one chats. They say you don't need iGaming experience, but they quickly reject anyone without it, even if you seem really keen to learn. How can they properly judge someone with only two questions, especially when two different interviewers are asking them at the same time? The whole thing is badly run, making candidates feel stressed, awkward, and not valued. It made me doubt myself and question how they hire people.
- Do you have any questions about igaming, or tell me about yourself? If they don't like you, the interview ends.
