Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty straightforward and efficient interview process. I went through four interviews: one with HR, two technical interviews with members of the team including the team lead, and finally, an interview with the hiring manager.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a meeting with HR, then the hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed unsure about what to do or ask, so I had to guide them. After that, I was sent an assignment to build an e-commerce application. Then, they went silent and didn't reply. After sending a few emails, I finally received feedback, but it wasn't related to my assignment at all. I suspect they just sent random feedback. The whole interview process felt really weird from start to finish.

Coding Technical Other

Got contacted by HR on LinkedIn, then had a quick HR call about the job and how the hiring process works. After that, there was a test that included coding, general intelligence, and personality assessment. I did great on the coding and personality parts, but got a 44% on the general intelligence section. It was a mix of number, pattern, and word meaning questions where speed and accuracy are key. The test provider's website was also pretty bad and hard to use. They ended up rejecting me because of my general intelligence score.
