The interview process started with one initial interview, followed by a 1.5-day unpaid assignment that I had to present. After that, I had a second interview with a salesperson, which also went well. I thought I'd hear back within a week, but then they announced a hiring freeze. The manager was really nice, but the overall process felt disorganized, took a long time, and was ultimately a waste of time. They need to improve their processes, inter-departmental communication, and budgets.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It started with a screening call, which was super pleasant. Then, I had an interview with the higher manager, where they asked some in-depth questions, but it was also very pleasant. After that, I was given an online test, which I passed. Then, I had another interview with a colleague, and I thought that went well. Everyone was really nice throughout the process. However, despite all that, I never heard back from the recruiter, even after sending multiple emails. I find this really disrespectful given all the effort I put in. If they had just taken a moment to let me know, I would have been happy, but instead, I feel like I wasted my time and wasn't valued or respected. To top it off, they ended up hiring someone with much less experience than me.
