The interview process was pretty casual and not really structured for the second person I spoke with, who was apparently filling in for the hiring manager. It felt more like a conversation, and they were trying to understand my experience and what I can do.

I applied online. The recruiter didn't get back to me about my questions regarding the screening interview. The recruiter was late to the interview and only asked about salary. They couldn't answer basic questions about the company or hiring process. It was super awkward. The next interview was with the hiring manager. He was also late and seemed totally checked out from the beginning. He also struggled to answer questions about the company or the hiring process. After two weeks of silence, I messaged the recruiter about my status. No reply, completely ghosted. The negative reviews are true, this place is awful to candidates.

Got referred by someone I know to apply, then had a quick chat with a recruiter about the process. After that, I did a 4-hour take-home coding test with two leetcode-style problems and five questions where I had to analyze code. Then, I had a 5-round virtual interview with my potential manager, their boss, and some senior engineers from other teams. Four of those rounds were about how I'd fit in and my past experiences, and one was a system design discussion about an online storefront. I heard back about the job offer within 3 days.
