Sales Associate
The interview process was simple and straightforward. The team was nice and welcoming. The interview itself was simple with no hard questions asked. It mainly consisted of questions about what to do in certain situations, like how to deal with a specific customer or what not to do.
- Can you share an instance of a positive customer service experience you've had?
- Describe how you would handle a difficult customer.
- What actions or approaches would you avoid in a customer interaction?
Sales Associate
The interview involved several questions about my qualifications, job duties, education, preferred work hours, and background. It was tough overall, but it really depends on the interviewer. Mine was difficult because the person seemed to have already decided and just went through the motions with scripted questions, telling me they'd reach out if I got the job.
- Can you tell me about your sales and strategies for increasing sales?
Sales Associate
So I got an email from the recruiter about a sales associate opportunity and I emailed them back saying I was interested. I was waiting for them to schedule something, but then like 5 minutes after my email, they called me which I missed! Then they emailed again asking if I could do a phone interview that day and I told them my availability. It's been 5 days now and I haven't heard anything back, even after calling and leaving a voicemail. I sent two follow-up emails asking what's up, but they haven't replied at all. It's pretty unprofessional how they're ignoring my time.
