After applying via Bertrandt's portal, I got an invitation for a phone interview within 2 days with 2 people from the relevant departments. This was mainly a quick intro to get to know each other and only lasted about 15 minutes. At the end, we scheduled a date for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was about getting to know each other more deeply. After a brief intro of the interviewers and the company, I gave a presentation about my career path. They asked follow-up questions if anything was unclear. Then, they tested my skills with some tests. They presented some scenarios that I had to solve. Finally, we switched to English to check my language skills. The whole conversation took about 30 minutes.
