My interview started off very friendly. The recruiter introduced himself and explained how it would go. First, I was asked to talk a bit about myself and my career path. Then he asked specific questions about my past experiences, especially my projects in my last job. Finally, I got to ask questions, and I asked about the company culture and development opportunities. The conversation went well and left a positive impression.

The interview was pleasant and held at eye level. The recruiter and manager showed respect and interest in the applicant, fostering an open communication atmosphere. After introducing the company, the applicant presents themselves and outlines their career path. This is followed by further questions related to their own experiences, projects, thesis, etc. I found it very good that they didn't ask any strange, cliché questions like about weaknesses, why Bertrandt, or what-if scenarios.
