I applied in early December 2025 and a recruiter got back to me three weeks later. I did a phone screening at the end of December. The recruiter explained the job and asked about my past roles. She was informative and quick. She mentioned they prefer local hires or people willing to relocate to Portland (HQ). After New Years, about a week after the screening, I heard back that I didn't get the position. I was bummed because I thought I'd be a good fit, but I think they really wanted someone for Portland. The recruiter said they'd had issues with remote hires before, so I guess that's why.

I applied on June 10th, and heard back for a recruiter interview on June 24th. The recruiter interview was on June 26th. After a follow-up email on July 10th, they scheduled a hiring team interview for July 16th, which took place on July 18th. Another follow-up email on July 30th was followed by a rejection for the initial role, but an offer to interview for a different position. That second hiring team interview was scheduled for August 9th and occurred on August 12th. Following another follow-up on August 23rd, I was ultimately rejected for the second position on August 26th. My advice: don't waste your time with them.
