The engineer in R&D who was going to be my supervisor reached out to me directly for an interview. We had a 1-hour interview covering both behavioral and technical questions related to my resume. About a week later, I got another call asking me to come in for an on-site interview. I had this interview within 10 days of the first one, and they extended an offer the very next day.
