Behavioral Group

It was a pretty standard interview process. I ended up talking to four different teams, one after the other. They mostly asked the same things. One of the group interviews felt really casual, like chatting with friends, which was cool. I got offers from all the teams, so I got to pick which law clerk role I wanted, even though I didn't know the project details or the actual team names, and it all worked out great!

It was just me and a few attorneys or team managers asking the usual interview questions you'd expect. The whole process wasn't too hard and didn't need much prep.

I applied online and then got a call the next day for a phone interview. I also had to fill out some in-house forms. The interview focused on my past legal support work, like what I did, how I handled cases, and other duties. They also asked if I was willing to relocate. After the interview, I sent thank you notes to everyone, including the Office Manager. The interviewers replied briefly. The next week I checked in with the Office Manager about the hiring status, and they said they were still interviewing. Haven't heard back since.
