The interview process was very relaxing and not intimidating. Everyone was very nice, and it didn't feel like an intense interrogation. All the staff there make you feel very comfortable, which makes it easy for you to stay calm.

I applied and they invited me to an interview, which was mostly behavioral and super quick. Then they called me back later that same day to schedule another interview for the next day. So, the next day, another candidate and I were taken to a spot outside the office for a presentation about the program and company. They told us to take notes. We then went back to the office and had a short quiz on the information from that presentation. About 20 minutes after that, I spoke with someone more senior than the first interviewer. They asked how the first interviewer did and if I could see myself working there. Later that day, I got a call with a job offer. Congrats!

Behavioral Presentation

So it's kinda wild you have to go to their office for a 10 minute interview first. Then, immediately after, they pull you in for a 90 minute interview with all the execs. Honestly, it feels like they hire anyone, so how you do in that one doesn't seem to matter much. They try to make the job sound fancy in the listing, but it's really just selling electronics at Fry's.
