I applied and they invited me to an interview, which was mostly behavioral and super quick. Then they called me back later that same day to schedule another interview for the next day. So, the next day, another candidate and I were taken to a spot outside the office for a presentation about the program and company. They told us to take notes. We then went back to the office and had a short quiz on the information from that presentation. About 20 minutes after that, I spoke with someone more senior than the first interviewer. They asked how the first interviewer did and if I could see myself working there. Later that day, I got a call with a job offer. Congrats!

The interview process had two parts. First, an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and second, an in-person interview with a junior executive. This company promotes from within, starting as an account executive and moving up. Both the hiring manager and junior executive began as account executives. As an account executive, you work at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Saturday, for less than minimum wage due to a salary structure. Additional earnings come from commissions, which they refer to as 'bonuses.' They claim quick promotions are possible but don't specify timelines. Essentially, it's a demanding job requiring 6-7 days of work weekly for low initial pay.

Finding the office location took a bit of time since it was located under an old movie theatre. The office itself was surprisingly nice and well-organized, and the receptionist was very friendly. The hiring manager kept the interview short. There were about 5 other candidates interviewing at the same time. Even though I didn't end up getting the job, the hiring manager did call me back. Overall, it was a positive experience.

It was a quick 3 interviews. First was with the hiring manager for the office, basically to check if I know my stuff and if I am hard working. Second was with the top sales rep, who went over the day-to-day tasks and tried to get me excited about the role, and gave feedback to the first manager. The last interview was with another manager who tried to make me feel bad by pointing out non-existent red flags. I got the offer on the spot and started the next day.
