The interview process for the Marketing Specialist role was kinda messy. We had a virtual interview set up, but nobody from the company showed up. Trying to get in touch by email and phone didn't work out, and they didn't say why. It made me wonder if they're really organized and reliable with hiring. Future candidates should probably be ready for potential scheduling or communication problems.

The interview process was pretty standard and felt professional. It started with a screening call, then I had a one-on-one interview. They asked me about my background, my marketing knowledge, and how I solve problems. There was also a case study that I had to break down.

My presentation topic was 'how to promote Ben Q light bar in French market'. The interviewer was friendly and discussed their expectations for the role and what kind of skills are important for success in marketing, given my background in business development.

Generally, it goes like this: First, we'll just chat to get comfortable and know you better. Then, we'll go over your resume, asking about your background and what made you want to get into this field. Next, we'll dive into your skills, seeing how they match what we need and asking for examples. We'll also ask some behavioral questions to see how you handle challenges and work with others, like how you deal with pressure or deadlines. Finally, we want to know what you know about us and the industry, and what your future career plans are.
