It was an online interview. I was expecting two female interviewers based on what HR told me, but suddenly there were two other people. One of the interviewers, a guy, was really disrespectful. Since my current employer is a well-known architecture firm, he just wanted me to show him my work from there, focusing on my company's structure and team size. When I tried to present projects from school or other past experiences, they completely ignored them without any feedback. Their behavior was very unprofessional, like when the guy asked why I was applying to Benoy, implying it was because my current company wasn't keeping me. I was really taken aback by his rudeness and would not recommend this company.

The interview process was really smooth and very professional. The interviewers were really friendly. It was three rounds of interviews, starting with a call, then an interview talking mainly about the CV and portfolio, and then the third one focusing more on technical skills.
