I had an online interview with two senior team members. It lasted one hour, which felt quite long for a first interview. They were in a meeting room together, so it felt a bit impersonal because it was hard to see their faces. One of them seemed pretty arrogant. Also, the urban design team is mostly architects, and they usually hire people with similar backgrounds because they do a lot of architectural work.

It was an online interview. I was expecting two female interviewers based on what HR told me, but suddenly there were two other people. One of the interviewers, a guy, was really disrespectful. Since my current employer is a well-known architecture firm, he just wanted me to show him my work from there, focusing on my company's structure and team size. When I tried to present projects from school or other past experiences, they completely ignored them without any feedback. Their behavior was very unprofessional, like when the guy asked why I was applying to Benoy, implying it was because my current company wasn't keeping me. I was really taken aback by his rudeness and would not recommend this company.
