Went through 4 rounds of interviews. Everyone I interviewed with liked me and wanted to move forward. Had to wait an additional 2 weeks for an answer because the recruitment team was "putting out fires", only to be told that the position is being put on hold until 2024. What a huge waste of time. Don't initiate with this company, there is no guarantee you're even applying for a real position.

The interview process started with two rounds of questions sent via email. Following that, there was a video interview with the lead developer. The final stage involved a practical development test where I had to create a working screen. The interviewer was friendly, and the test felt manageable, not like typical algorithm challenges, but more of a real-world coding example that I could complete at my own pace.
