So the interview process for this role included a writing assessment first. After that, there was a recruiter phone screening, then an interview with the hiring manager. The final stage was a sort of interview loop where I met with about 2-3 people. Specifically, I interviewed with the hiring manager again, a senior CX agent, and the CX director.

This interview process felt like a total waste of time. The interviewer kept asking the same random questions over and over, like they weren't even listening. Instead of a real conversation about the job, it was just the same vague stuff repeated with no clear point. The whole thing was super frustrating and didn't get anything done because it was so disorganized and repetitive.

So the interview process started with a take-home assessment where I had to answer 3 questions that were based on real customer issues, just to see how I'd approach them. After that, I had a 30-minute video call with the recruiter, who was really nice and helpful. Then came a 1-hour virtual interview with two people: the new hiring manager and the previous one. The new manager led most of it, with the old one there for support. It was a bit hard to get a feel for the new manager's style since she'd only been there a month, but the older manager seemed much more approachable. I didn't get past this round, but the next step would have been a final interview with the team.
