The interview process was pretty straightforward. My recruiter, Madeline Gannon, was great and kept me updated throughout. She answered all my questions and even shared info about the company benefits, which was super helpful.

Presentation Behavioral

After a couple of pre-interviews with folks from the project delivery org, I was asked to come to Charleston for an in-person interview for a new team they were starting in San Francisco. I spent a weekend getting a presentation ready for a scrubbed project delivery plan and then took a PTO day to fly down and back the same day. I was expecting 4 to 5 people to show up for the interview after a tour. Disappointingly, only 2 people came, and one had to leave after 10 minutes. The Director who remained didn't really go through my presentation or interview me much. The company had this vibe of being one of the best places to work and that anyone interviewing should feel lucky. Because of how they disrespected my time and preparation and their arrogant attitude, I won't be pursuing any opportunities with them.
