It was a short but somewhat technical general and HR interview. They talked about my interests, resume, some technical examples, and my work history. I spoke with an HR rep and a senior hiring manager. The onsite interview was well organized, on time, and I met a lot of staff from different levels. The Exec VP was very poised, smart, and great to chat with. She asked about my career goals, my interest in the company, and answered my questions about where the company is headed and specific products with concise and interesting detail.

A few days after I sent in my resume, I got an email from Gensuite to schedule a 15-minute phone interview. They called exactly on time, but my phone dropped the call! They seemed understanding though and we continued. It was going okay until they described the job as a help desk role, not really an associate business analyst role. I get that learning systems is important, but the job was really focused on just one part of the description. A few days after that, I got the rejection email.

The interview process had 3 rounds: an assessment (SQL), a basic interview, and a Director interview. It was pretty easy and crackable. The Director round was a bit dry compared to the others. HR Sindhu provided good support and arrangements.
