Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was super professional and fast, which is a big reason why I decided to go with Bench Craft. I talked to Christian, one of their top recruiters, and he was really cool about working around my schedule. He laid out what it takes to do well at the company and also gave me the lowdown on the culture and how the management works – it's all about teamwork and everyone supporting each other, regardless of how long they've been there. They even showed me around the different departments, and you could really see and feel the whole company pulling together. I'd totally recommend Bench Craft if you're looking to move up in sales or even just get started in the field.

I sent my resume in from a Craigslist ad and got a call back about a week later. I met with two of the three managers for about 40 minutes. They called me back the next day to talk to Edward, the sales manager, but I told them I was going to stick with my current job since I'm employed. My gut feeling is this company isn't customer-focused, just after the next $375 deal. The negative reviews online from customers confirmed this. Kevin also mentioned there's a lot of 'pressure' and they want people who can handle it, which I think means someone yelling at you to close deals. I'm guessing it's a 45-50k/year job for the few who stay, maybe some make more.

Applied online and soon got a call from the recruiter. We scheduled a meeting for the next day. I met with the recruiter, saw the office, and then met the VP. They asked me to call that afternoon if I was interested. I called back and got the offer the same day. I started the next Monday.
