First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BeMo Academic Consulting.
Content Creator
I applied and got an email a few hours later asking me to do some free work, calling it a 'functional skills assessment.' This involved creating 3 headlines, designing and executing a Facebook/IG ad, and writing a script for a YouTube video hook. It felt like they were using eager job seekers for free content.

Content Manager
The whole thing took about 5 weeks. It started with a functional test, then a phone interview, and a video interview with a group. Since I was looked at for two jobs, I had to do a second functional test.
- Tell me about yourself and your future aspirations.
- What motivated your departure from your last role?
- Can you discuss your past experiences in more detail?
Content Developer
The hiring process has three stages. First, you must complete a lengthy skill assessment that takes hours. Even after completing the assignment, there is no guarantee of a proper interview. The process felt very automated, with communication errors like being told twice that I advanced to the next stage, despite confirming receipt of the initial email. After the skill assessment, which took a full workday, I waited a week with no response before being notified of my rejection. The pay offered was also lower than my current salary. I would advise avoiding this company unless desperate. The overwhelmingly positive employee reviews seem suspicious, lacking any genuine criticism.
