BeMo really stands out in how objective and thoughtful they are with their decisions. They make sure expectations are super clear from the beginning so there are no surprises, and they deliver feedback really kindly and respectfully. Even when things get a bit tough, the team handles it with empathy and professionalism, which honestly says a lot about the company culture and their leaders.

Academic Consultant
I applied online and got an invite the next day for a functional test, which involved reviewing a student's personal statement. After I sent back the edited document, Amanda invited me for an interview. It was fast and easy; she went over the job duties and contract terms, and made me feel really comfortable. The questions were direct, covering my background and my strengths/weaknesses. After my references were checked, I got an offer.

- What are your 3 weaknesses?
- What are your 3 strengths?
Academic Consultant
The interview process was overall well structured and positive. It began with a functional test. This was followed by a virtual oral interview, where I was able to engage with the interviewer in a thoughtful discussion about my background, experiences, and alignment with the organisation’s goals. The questions were clear and allowed me to reflect on my strengths and contributions. Following the interview, a reference check was conducted, during which my professional contacts were approached to validate my qualifications and work ethic. The process felt thorough and respectful, with timely communication at each stage.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you discuss your current and past work experiences?
Content Creator
I applied and got an email a few hours later asking me to do some free work, calling it a 'functional skills assessment.' This involved creating 3 headlines, designing and executing a Facebook/IG ad, and writing a script for a YouTube video hook. It felt like they were using eager job seekers for free content.
